start10 disappeared

I have tried and tried. have the original receipt and product key for Start10 on this little HP 10 inch tablet..It disappeared after another horrible W10 event.. I can't get that desktop back no matter what i do.. ? anyway to talk to a real person? tia, kj

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Your Windows 10 version numbers please. Use Winver.exe to get those numbers.
  2. Start10 version numbers.
  3. Have you tried, uninstall Start10, reboot (important), reinstall Start10, reboot again. And test if it working after that?
