Fences Disappeared with Windows Update?

So my computer just did a system update a couple hours ago. When I finally jumped back on, all my Fences have disappeared. My icons are all in the place they'd be if their Fence opened but the Fence itself is gone. When I right click, "Enable Fences" is all that shows, but it IS enabled according to the program. However, drawing a rectangle on my screen doesnt bring up the option to make a new fence.

I will be attempting to a uninstall purge that was suggested on a previous issue I had but in the mean time, I was hoping maybe someone had an idea of what happened? Thanks!

ETA: Purge and reinstall fixed it.
