Fences 3 product key not working any more!!!!!!!

I bought Fences 3 product key a year ago (order: STARDOCK210121-5574-25372), I want to re-install onto my new laptop, but error message popped.

Meanwhile I bought a Fences 4 product key, it activated successfully.

I mean, why Fences 3 is not supported?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to deactivate old activation if you have reach maximum and need to deactivate first before activating again. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct

Thanks for your reply, I tried to deactivate the product as you instructed, but still no luck in registering Fences 3 w/ product key:

any comments?

and BTW, how many devices can a Fences 4 product key bind to? only one?

Not sure what happen, but have you try the offline activation? Or try different system for it.

thanks, I finally got it activated in offline mode..

but I have to say it's rather unreasonable for Fences4 to bind only one device...
