Start 11 can't activate license

I bought a 5 license Start 11 earlier today and activated it on my machine with no issues.  However, I have not been able to activate it on my wife's laptop using the same info (license # and email).  I get invalid email error.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide and see if you have not accidentally activate it more than 5 instances and deactivate those that are not needed. : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct. Try those and report back if you still have issue.

Did you check using those method which detailed in those link a posted above? Can you post screenshot of your product page? Something like screenshot below.

That screenshot is not what I needed to see. Those don't show how many activation count you already activated. You can get to that part if you refer to the guide I posted above.

That most probably your 5 pack purchase was registered on different account. Please check if the email address is the same. Usually there typos on email address or if you pay using paypal. The product will be tied to your paypal linked email account.

Hello,
Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the Account Management option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
