Group labels

Greetings.  My group labels have disappeared several times.  If I restore my Start11 backup, they come back.  Please help.  I must be missing a configuration somewhere.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to be more specifics and more details please.

  1. You're referring to which Stardock product?
  2. You're running which Windows versions. Windows 7,8,10 or 11? We also need that Windows version full numbers please. Use Winver.exe to get those.
  3. A screenshot of the issue will usually help us understand the issue better.

Yes, those label appear when you extend/un-group those grouped icons. I still don't see the issue here.

I have Start11 installed on my desktop as well as my laptop.  On my desktop, the group label appears when the group is collapsed:

On my laptop, the group labels are missing unless I restore the Start11 registry.  Please refer to the previous screenshot from my laptop.

 

I just figured it out.  If the page name is null, the collapsed icon groups title is null.  If I name the page something, the collapsed group labels re-appear.
