Start11 works few seconds then all thing restart again - no any error

Hi

so issue is when i use that program, put background image startmenu it work seconds then all things restart, so i have not very powerful pc but i don't think so it is issue. I have 8gb ram, cpu is not very good but how much that program should use ram? it could be ram issue but i think 8gb is enough?
