Bug: Locking of fences doesn't work

When specific title settings are made

from Stardock Forums

I've found a Bug: When under the settings "Show labels" the option "Never" is set, you cant lock your fences in the "Right Click -> Context Menu -> View/Display -> Lock fences" for moving it. It's weird because the fences can even be moved when the labels are not available / visible.

Can you guys reproduce it?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. What version you're on? Please try the latest version. I believe the issue was resolved recently. I am on V4.0.5.11 and this is what I get on my system.

Hey,

i am running on Version 4.0.0.3, but if i check for updates it doesnt find any newer. I've installed it yesterday via. the Object-Desktop installer. I am using Windows 10 (21H2), KB5014666.

I cannot repro the issue, I cannot move them after I lock them, here is what happens for me:
