cant see the top of applications

Opened Opera GX to look something up for my friend, fullscreened it, and i could not see the top of the application, which causes a problem since i can't use the URL bar to search things up in the first place. This only started happening after downloading and installing Fences 3. had to hit F11 twice to undo the problem.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more information.

You on Windows 7,8,10 or 11? Also need to know its full version number please. Use Winver.exe to get those numbers.
Fences 3 install version number please.
Is the issue only happen on Opera GX? Any other applications behaving the same?

I am on Windows 10, OS Build 19044.1766

Fences 3 version 3.1.3.3

This issue happened with Minecraft as well. I woke up this morning and tried fullscreening Opera GX again and it appears to be working normally. Could be an issue with something else as this has happened before, before i got Fences 3.
