how stardock wont reply to my asking for my fences 3 key

how can i get help from stardock if thay never ancer there contack us page 2 weeks of me asking and asking near dally and no replys

You should be able to obtain your software purchase and keys using this link:

https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

However, Stardock has replaced Fences3 with Fences4. Unless you saved your latest installer, you might well not be able to reinstall Fences3.

thank u for the replys the key for f3 is gone from my account , my emails and iv been told i cant have a key for it even if i repay for it  , and the f4 is the only one iv can get BUT  it wont work on win7 

the win7 pc is for data recovery tools and repar tools i use and they dont work with win 10 

i dont know how to deleat this topic so i will leav this open

Make sure you are not using the wrong email address.  Keys should never go away from your account.
