Icons won't "pin" to fences

I have installed Fences 4.0.0.3 on my Windows 10 Enterprise computer. After initially installing Fences I was able to create new fences and drag the icons into the fences as I desired.  A few weeks later if I attempt to drag an icon in a fence it does not "pin" to the Fence.  Instead it remains on the desktop but is hidden behind the fence.  I have un-installed and re-installed Fences already with the same issue.

I thought maybe Stardock did not activate this iteration of Fences but I am not getting a reminder that the product is not licensed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

a couple things ..

Check with right click on desktop to View then scroll down to Lock Fences

if it's checked un check it then your moves should work.

Also the latest version is 4.0.5.11 try updating to that version from your

account page .
