Feature Request: Pinned Tab(s) by App/App Type

I would like the see pinned Tabs by App.

I am a developer and utilize Groupy heavily with Chrome when accessing Azure portals. I have tabs for each environment (DEV, TST, STG, PRD, etc.) and I name these tabs as such. Whenever I open a "fresh" new Chrome, I always have to create these tabs AND rename them. While I do understand that I can save a tab group, this is not very much help.

• Saved tab groups do not save tab names.
• Saved tab groups only remember the App(s) in each group. In the case of Chrome (or other browsers) URLs are not remembered/saved. This is beyond the scope of my ask here, but would be a nice bonus.

Currently, I have...

• Chrome windows always tab together
• Always show tab bar with Chrome

What I want...

• Named Tabs to automatically be present when opening Chrome (pin tab(s) by App)
• Groupy Tab names to be retained when pinned
• Groupy Tab order to be retained when pinned
• Ability to individually color Groupy Tabs and have colors retained when pinned
