Start 11 Taskbar Bug

Hi I have a problem with Start 11.

I am using two monitors (2560x1440 & 1280x1024). I position the Taskbar on the top on both monitors.
Now, when expanding a program, the bar of the Program goes behind the taskbar and on the bottom there is space left. Basically the program thinks the taskbar is still on the bottom.

Is it possible to fix this?

scaling is 100% on both monitors
windows version: 21H2 (22000.675)
Start11 Version: 1.24

No, just on the secondary monitor.
