Downloads folder portal not refreshing

A folder portal of my Downloads folder is rarely refreshing at all, it does it at very long intervals such as when I log in or at a time I barely notice. This is unhelpful when I need to access it from my desktop to view new items. A folder portal right next to it (a subfolder of the Documents folder) updates instantly when a file in it is changed. Help would be appreciated, thank you.

I have already changed the download folder location.

Windows 11 22621.1 (Insider, but it happened when I was on normal 22H2)
Fences 4.0.0.3 (Checked updates)

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, please be inform that Stardock not officially support Windows 11 insider/beta preview version. With that said. There is a beta version of Fences V 4.0.5.11. It should be available for download from your product account : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Please try that version and see if it help.

I have downloaded 4.05.11 but the issue still persists. It seems to be only an issue with the downloads folder still.
