Hi ! 

On my primary monitor the task bar, aligned to the bottom, is great.....the active window/program (ie Google Chrome) is maximized so that chrome ends & task bar begins.....however on the secondary monitors chrome takes up the entire landscape and the task bar hides some of the program (ie Chrome).....so to access the bottom part of chrome i need to minimize or reshape chrome.   Can the secondary monitors act like the primary ones ?

Version of Start11 ?

Need more details of that. Use Windows "Winver.exe" to get full Windows 11 version numbers. And Start11 is at V1.24. yes?
