Open Start11 v1.24 with some issues

Start11 v1.24 // Issue:

The first time and after a few minutes without using the application, when you click the start button, this happens:

Then when closing and opening again it executes correctly.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You on Windows 11? Need to know your full version numbers please. Use Windows own Winver.exe to get those. Also, post what your "correct" Startpanel look like.
