Start 11 Improvement Suggestions

Loving Start 11. It is making Windows 11 tolerable. Couple quirks to look at for future updates:

1) When Start 11 search is turned off, make it so you can add a tile to the Start 11 dock. For some things, the stock Windows search is preferable to the Start 11 search. It is cumbersome to add a tile to Start 11 when you are using Windows stock search since you have to temporarily go turn on Start 11 search, add you tile, then go back and turn Start 11 search off again.

2) When you add a new tile to the Start 11 dock, it lands in random places and often jumps in the middle of a group of tiles already there. I spend time getting it tidy and organized then a new tile jumps in and scatters it. It would be good to make that more controllable so it doesn't do that.
