Sorry to hear you are having issues. Look like you are running an insider preview version of Windows, do know that Insider Preview/Beta version is not supported. Are you restarting explorer after changing the settings in Start11?

I cannot recreate the issue on my Windows11 machine

I would uninstall, REBOOT, reinstall with the latest version from your Stardock account.
