I have uninstalled Start11 because your update placed it on the left - my attempts to return it to the center fail - also your system confuses my account with my brother Scott's(!?) + am trying to download Start11again 2 place it at center but your system's requiring payment when I already purchased it when it first was available!!!!

A-and this is your support help - a forum that other customers might respond to this or that plea for help???!!!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I have respond on your issue with regard of the left start button in your other thread.

On your second issue. Not really sure how a system confuses your account and your brother account? Are you sharing same email account?
