Wifi/Audio Settings Marching Down My Screen (Start11 Glitch)

Just updated Start11 to 1.24 and am having a new issue that I did not have in the previous two versions...

When I click on the wifi/audio settings in the Taskbar the popup window just slowly marches down my screen until it disappears. I have a made a short video of the issue:

Is there a setting that will fix this?
