Feature request - Use brighter tile background in dark mode (Win10 Style)

I updated to start11 1.24 and that made all my tiles dark to the point where it looks like I enabled the option "Use more faded background for tiles" despite the fact I didn't.

Upon checking the changelog it seems a bug was "fixed" to make tiles darker in the dark theme but this feels more like a bug itself since the above option results in the same effect.

The contrast is really poor with the new coloring and its almost the same as the background, enabling the "use more faded background" option almost blurs it into the background color now too.

I much preferred the way the tiles looked before the update and unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to disable the darker tiles in dark mode, so I'm asking for basically a way to get the old coloring of the tiles before the 1.24 update.
