When I click on certain tabs the whole tab group often jumps to another screen

Hello,
When I click on certain tabs the whole tab group often jumps to another screen which is really bad for me as I always have to bring it back to the right screen position.
What I use:
- I use FancyZonse of PowerToys
- I use my notebook screen and two 4k screens above: https://i.imgur.com/xpXDBNo.png
- Recently changed to Windows11 but on Windows10 I had the same problem
I think it happens when i fullscreen a tab group using the windows button on the top right instead of attaching it to the FancyZones pressing shift and dragging it to the zones MORE OFTEN BUT I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS because just now i tested it with the fullscreen button and the tab group didn't jump to another position.
What happens when I use the fullscreen button of Windows is that the top tab bar is also smaller in height than if I attach it with FancyZones.
I haven't found out yet when this 100% happens.
