Fences 4 usage issues

Hello,

Is it possible to access the hidden fences[on the edge of the the windows] when I using some applications with full screen?

For example, when I used "Edge" with full screen, can I access those fences on the top? [ Not via hotkey, just move the mouse to the edge]

From what I know, there is no such option available at this moment. Hotkeys is the only method available.
