i fill out the form on the above link, and received an automated email

"At this time, no ticket was created"

can you just process a refund for 

Order ID: STARDOCK220428-6540-91422

Have been trying for a week now

I can't process refund. I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

As for trying to send me email. I believe, from your video, you did enter a wrong code on that video. You entered AC28Q instead AV28Q.

as a bug report, its VERY confusing to the user when he fills out a ticket request and then gets an email as shown above.

I still don't really know what it means.
