Start11 Custom Menu Spacing/Size

Loving Start11 but wish I could customize my custom menu size and spacing.  When I add a custom menu with many sub menus, its just too small and too cramp.  I wish I could change JUST that menu font size and its spacing (like adding lines between menus).

I'm talking about "Quick Access Shortcuts menu" -> Shortcuts show as a menu  (I think that is the only way to add my own custom menu).
