Is there a way to force a menu refresh?

Newly added program appears on Windows start menu, but not on Start11. Is there a way to force it to refresh?

Which menu style are you using and where was the app installed from?

Windows 10 style

Installed from a setup.exe file. Chose not to create a desktop icon, but that's it.

If you sign out and in again does it appear ok?

Well, about a half hour later I came back and the icons were in the the Start 11 menu.  I hadn't logged off the machine.
