Feature suggestion for upcoming Windows 11 22H2

As seen in the recent few beta/dev build , MS have add a contrast border/bezel around windows and on top of the taskbar.

It subjective I guess but I find it very eye catching and un-aesthetic. Is there a way to add an option to enable/disable this border? It would be a good idea if it is possible seeing that the Start11 taskbar have nice features like custom textures, custom color and transparency etc.

Or maybe it can be turned off via the registry.
