Taskbar On 2nd Monitor Becomes Unresponsive and Other Issues

After a period of time, the icons on the Taskbar on my 2nd monitor will be come unresponsive and I have to reboot to fix the issue.

Also, clicking the clock on the 2nd monitor Taskbar doesn't open the calendar like on the primary monitor, but I am not sure if this is Windows 11 issue or a Start11 issue.

Finally, other issues I encounter on the primary monitor is not being able to open the Sound Settings app after right-clicking the speaker, then clicking the Sound Settings menu. Same goes for trying to open the Network Settings app. Both of these may be Windows 11 issues, though.
