Customize network logon?

Anybody know of a way to customize the logon for domains? I'm talking about the MS ctrl-alt-del screen...

Can't be done without replacing the msgina.dll .

If you feel inclined and are (very) technical, you can check out this link

I dont know of any software that currently does this (with the exception of the Novell logon).
