Custom start icon not working

When I set a custom start button icon, it never changes.

Version of Windows ..full numbered version

Version of Start11. ?

Is this all custom buttons or just one.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Still need to know you on Windows 10 or 11? And its version numbers please. Also do you have Windowblinds or Curtains install.

You will need to make sure Curtains release its control on Start Button for Start11 to have control on its Start button. (Un-tick that option in Curtains). Sometimes need to restart Explorer.
