Unable to locate one of my Fences groups

I have been a Fences user for years, but this is a new one for me.  I organize many of my files into SIX Fences groups (Insurance, Travel, etc.) which has worked well through a number of versions.  I have these fences auto hide into toolbars that run across the top of my desktop screen.  Just now, I needed to move one of these Fences toolbars so I could access an item in that Fence without having to move another window in which I was working, since my Fences dropdowns hide behind any other open window.  When I grabbed the fence with my mouse, it flickered several times (nothing else on the screen flickered), and then disappeared.  Because Fences has always just worked, I have no idea how to recover the now-missing Fence panel.  I have looked through my desktop and don't find the files.  I did not see this issue supported on the FAQ site, and would appreaciate your assistance.   Thanks!

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

If you open up your Fences app and go to Layout and snapping you

should be able to click on a Restore point to bring your Fences back .

Give that a try , and report back please.

A screenshot below shows what came up when I selected Layout and Snapping in the App.  I couldn't see any provision to go to a restore point.  I would appreciate further guidance, as I really need the diverse files that were stored within the now-missing fence!

Thanks again for your assistance.

Those daily snapshots click on one to restore it to your desktop ...

Also, once you have a perfect layout. It is best, to take a layout snapshot, give it a name and save it. This Snapshot will be saved permanently. Something you can easily fall back if your 3 days daily saved snapshot be overwritten/corrupted by a bad one.

Thank you,

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Usually, it simply accidentally moved to another Fences desktop. You can try navigate Fences desktop or totally disable Fences desktop function. The moved Fences should return to your main desktop Fences page.

Thanks
