Glass & Glossy themes TUTORIAL

I've been trying quite long time to create some nice glass xp themes(ex. like this: http://skins.stardock.com/Pixtudio/conv/ss_transwb4_winst.jpg), but I'm not successful

. I'm using Paint Shop 7 so if you know some tutorial please let me know.

Look around in PSP, there are some pre-made glass buttons amongst other

Start11 - Customize the Start Menu and Taskbar in Windows 10/11.

Nobody can

maybe nobody in the WindowBlinds world. i know just enough skinners that can do even better. the great thing about the theme in the shot is the excellent concept. the rest are basic forms, gradients and a little airbrush to get the "used" look. and black fonts on dark grey as on the start menu? not really sure if that makes a usable interface
