Feature request - reorder taskbar icons/instances of the same app

Using "never group". The order of the instances of any specific app on the taskbar get scrambled when switching back and forth between the monitors (dual monitor) and remote desktop access (single screen, lower resolution). Long time Windows problem.

Feature request - support drag-drop re-ordering the instances of any specific app on the taskbar please.

This would both alleviate the pain of Windows scrambling the order, as well as being a useful feature for organizing running instances on the taskbar.
