Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your setup.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? And its full version numbers. Use Winver.exe to get those.
  2. Start11 version install.

Randomly fixed it I think: I right-clicked in start menu and clicked Lock Menu and then did Unlock Menu and now I can get to the all the "All apps" button without triggering the "Click here to name the page"

Hello,

Please try uninstall V1.2 reboot, Install latest version 1.22 Beta. Reboot again after that. Retest and report back here. You should be able to get V1.22 from your account page.

I am on the 30-day trial so no option to download the beta. Since it is working now I am going to leave it alone.
