Start 11 Taskbar favourites and folders?

I had to roll back to Win 10 from 11 as I use the taskbar for all of my icons , short cuts and added the favourites bar with folders to it for some easy to use folders. That was all wiped out with 11 but I am hoping to re install if that functionality is in Start11. I do own it already along with Start10 however I dont want to upgrade again in case they prevent the roll back a 2nd time but am eager to get the other benefits.

For an example of what I mean, anyone know if it is yet possible to add additional toolbars as per Win 7-10 (and possibly before in XP and NT? As well as adding folders to those toolbars to create pop up menus like the pic below?

I am hoping that I can achieve the same few tweaks now with Start11 that will then allow me to upgrade.

If it were not for the fact I play a lot of AAA games I would have jumped ship to Linux desktop long ago I think. Stardock has kept me sane throughout Windows 10 and I am confident you will allow me to move to 11 pretty soon too. Keep up the fantastic work.
