Start 11 - Start and right click menus stop appearing on top of other windows

As the title says the start and right click menus, randomly stop appearing on top of other programs, so if I have a program like chrome open to full screen, the menus are not visible at all and can only be seen if I minimize all other apps and display nothing but the desktop, then I can see them appear and function normally.

The issue is resolved by restarting my system but then keeps happening every few days and has been going on ever since Start11 version 1.0 but I'm now on the latest Beta 1.18 and still having this issue every few days. (see screenshot link for an example)

I'm running a 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF in a ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI with the latest firmware and Windows 11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.556).

To be clear this Stardock menu is losing its "always on top" status and it's not other applications gaining "always on top" status because when this issue happens, I've tested it with multiple applications (chrome, skype, file explorer and more) and they all will go on top of the menu when this happens.
