paid by Alipay, but did not receive product keys

Hi there, I order the 5 activations Start11. Paid by alipay as a guest, so didn't provide email address.  the payment went through but screen stucked at payment page. After refresh it asks me to pay again. but I can confirm from my Alipay app the transaction has been suceeded. 

according to Alipay order details,

the order was created on 2022-04-22 16:30:24

it was paid on 2022-04-22 16:31:49

payment order number is xxxx

order number is xxxxx

 

can someone please confirm the payment and send product keys to my email([email protected]) please?

 

I tried to create a ticket for this, but for some reason, the system kept saying cannot verify if I'm a bot, and don't let me submit ticket.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.

Note : you do not need to login to raise a support ticket.
