Feature request - Lock/Unlock switch for size and position

Hello,

sometimes I accidentally come to the edge of a Fence window with the mouse and move it unintentionally.

Therefore I would like to have a function to lock or anchor the position and window size of a fence window on the desktop. A switch would be helpful for this, e.g. lock on/off.

If you right click on your desktop to View and

scroll down you'll see Lock Fences if checked

they are locked in place un check it and you can

move or delete.
