Fences and Wallpaper Engine

I've start up these programs as always, and I never had a problem. But then my Wallpaper didn't load, and I've run the diagnosis, finding out that:

It looks like you have Stardock Fences installed, but everything will be fine as long as Fences is also enabled.

 

If Fences is installed and disabled, then it will block the wallpapers from Wallpaper Engine, so you should either enable or uninstall Fences to fix this. Click on 'Open FAQ' below if you need any additional help.

Fences was always enabled, so why is it now causing problems, and how do I fix it?
