Must Reboot Every Morning to Correct Jumbled Icons in Each Fence

Running Fences 3.1.33 on Windows 11 Dell XPS 13-9310.

Every morning I must reboot to unjumble all of the icons in each Fence.

Is this a Fences setting, a Windows/PC setting, or incompatbility of Fences 3.1.33 with Windows 11?
