Sound Settings in Start11 1.2

I noticed a problem a few days ago in Start11 after enabling several features that I had left off until now. Everything seemed to be functioning normally and as expected. That is, until I went to switch my audio output to my headphones.

I right click the audio icon in the taskbar and select "Sound Settings", which usually brings up the Windows system sound settings where I can change my audio output device. However, clicking on it seemed to do nothing. I thought something was just being screwy and figured a restart would fix it. Nope, so I though it was something in Windows that was corrupt or broken. Long story short, after searching, repairing, and finding nothing, I was about to give up, until I disabled "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar". That immediately fixed it. I turned it back on and the problem came right back.

I didn't see any other posts about this on here. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm still wondering if it's something on my end that isn't playing nice with Start11, or if it's some kind of bug with certain configs of Start11.

Where is your taskbar positioned and which version of Windows 11?

I was going to say I cannot reproduce this, but having updated to the latest Win11 updates to Win11 I can reproduce this and we are investigating this.

I am pleased to say the problem has been found and a fix should be included in the next update (1.22 or later)  Thank you for reporting this.

Also having the same issue.

Turning the option to let Start11 enhance the taskbar makes this work again until the update is out.

I think this issue have reappeared.

Version 1.24 and latest Win11 22000.778

When I have the taskbar on top the right click menu for sound and network doesn't work. It pops up but you can't select anything on them.

Putting the taskbar on bottom solves it but I want it on top like I'm used to.
