Start11 Beta 1.2: W+number does not cycle through multiple open windows

When I hit W+number for a pinned program that has multiple windows open, it does not cycle through each window. It just does the first open window.

Are your settings set to group or ungroup?

Set to Never group.

That would appear to be a bug.  We will look to address that in 1.21.
