Product key don't work

Hi,

I have changed my PC, I 've I re-installed the software and requested the product key that I had forgotten in accordance with the procedure, and I received it correctly via email.

Unfortunately, once the activation system has been entered, it gives me the error message that the activation key entered is wrong.

Does anyone know how to solve?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide and check if that activation key is correctly link to your Email address. A lot of time there is mistake or typo in email addresses. https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys. Try those and report back if you still need our assistance.

Hello,

I am correctly registered, the message that your system gives me is that the product key is not correct, and to have it I used your tool by entering the email I registered with.

I hope it's clear now.

From your screens shot above. The first one is for Fences 4. But you're trying to activate Fences 3. It will not work like that. If you purchased Fences 4 it will only work for Fences 4.
