Fence 3 to 4 doesn't upgrade with object Desktop "ERROR OCCURED"

Hello,

I restored my windows. Before, I had Fence 3 upgraded to 4 with object desktop and no problem.

Now, I can't install Fence  with object desktop, "Error ocured"

So I install Fence 3 I previously bought, and when I open object desktop, and click "Update", same problem" Error occured".

When I try to update Fence 3  to 4 independantly, my account says: You already have the upgrade free with you Object desktop....

I uninstalled, re-installed Object desktop: no change

Can you Help ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Sometimes there is connection/server issue. You should be able to download Fences directly from your account and install it. : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
