feature request - taskbar and virtual desktops

Instead of having a common taskbar shown across all virtual desktops, display a taskbar with the windows/apps opened within that virtual desktop. In a virtual desktop for programming, only show the IDEs and browser windows opened within that virtual desktop. In a different virtual desktop for music apps, only display a taskbar related to the music apps. 

It kind of merges fences with groupy to make task-oriented desktops a little easier to manage without having to go to tabs, etc.

It would be nice if this approach could also extend to multiple monitors, so that the taskbar contents are applicable to the monitor.  It becomes a quicker alternative to alt-tab of all open tasks on a system when you happen to be focusing in on one area.
