Creating and Renaming new rows in Start 11

Hello!

I just started using Start 11 so forgive me if I overlooked this question but how can I create new rows and rename new sections that pop up when I hit the windows key with Start 11 like this..

(I took this pic from another individual on the forum as an example btw)

Can I have this feature while having my start menu in the center?

When you mouseover where the title should be it should display "Click here to name page or group" if it is blank.  If it has a name already just click on the name.

Click there and you can name it.

To create new rows just right click on a blank area under the existing group and pick "Create new group"

Yes the position of the start menu will have no impact on this.

I'm sorry can you provide a screenshot of what you mean? I don't see a option to "Click here to name page or group"
