Start 11 position issues

keeps moving away from taskbar on its own

hello all,

doing the 30-day trial before I buy it, having an issue with positioning.

  • Running win 11 (new laptop)
  • running the latest ObjectDock (run in the background-position)
  • running start11 (left-hand side with modern style and no other custom features)

the problem I'm experiencing is a random relocation of the start menu, moving up on the screen on its own. instead of being at the bottom against the taskbar it jumps leaving a big space, moving up a 1/4 of the screen.  I have to refresh explorer in the settings to get it to reset position. tried different styles and locations, different settings, closing everything including Stardock and it is still happening randomly. 

 

please help.  I really want this to work since I absolutely dislike Win 11 start menu.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

ObjectDock should not be running on a Win11 PC so that should be removed for any tests.

Next, you are going to want to make certain you are running the current Start11 Beta (4) to see if the issue remains:
