[1.16 Beta] Start Menu/taskbar moves to the top randomly and when docking or changing resoltuions

Noticed mostly when something needs to happen due to a resolution or other display change (e.g., starting a game)

Hi - first, I've only used Start11 for a few weeks, and I've had the Beta installed for a few days, but for what it's worth, I have to restart explorer because the entire start menu/taskbar move (not quite all of the way to the top) of my screen. I am almost certain this is happening when I a) plug my laptop into its docking station or, b) play a full-screen game.

Before and after pics below:

1) Everything is fine (bottom of screen)

2) Now I need to restart Explorer (top of screen - also menu not responsive)

We have just released a beta update called 1.17 which should address this issue.
