Upgraded to Object Desktop - no email

Also no email from support ticket told to come here from Discord...

Hi there, this morning work decided to move me to Windows 11, so the 1st thing I did was install Start11, I only have 1 install in start11, so I decided, I'll upgrade to 5, then double decided I love what you guys do and went for Object Desktop...

  • I paid my money and I got a key however I can't use that key in Start11 with my email?!
  • I checked my account - there's no reference of me buying Object Desktop
  • I check my bank - I can see the payment
  • I check my email - all my accounts and my spam folders - no upgrade email
  • I request my licenses, I get an email JUST about Start 11
  • I raise a Support Ticket - I don't get an email...
  • I contact Support on Discord and get told to come here... so here I am... 

 

Help Me Forums, you're my only hope!!! 

 

My support ticket was SSN-28631 and that contains my order number etc.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, if you have raised Support ticket, than you will need to wait for it to get respond from Support. Support will go through all Support ticket one at a time. Please do not raise another Support ticket, that will only get your ticket be reset to the back of the line.

Cheers, I was concerned because when I posted the ticket I was told "We'll email you" but I didn't get that email...

A lot of time there are errors/typos entered on email address while purchasing was done. So the confirmation email was send to wrong email address. Would appreciate you give sometimes for Support to process your ticket. Also note it is now weekend, so support will be slow.

I was assuming that, hopefully I'll hear something back today, I really want to kick the default Windows 11 menu!!!
