Upgraded to Object Desktop - no email
Also no email from support ticket told to come here from Discord...
Hi there, this morning work decided to move me to Windows 11, so the 1st thing I did was install Start11, I only have 1 install in start11, so I decided, I'll upgrade to 5, then double decided I love what you guys do and went for Object Desktop...
- I paid my money and I got a key however I can't use that key in Start11 with my email?!
- I checked my account - there's no reference of me buying Object Desktop
- I check my bank - I can see the payment
- I check my email - all my accounts and my spam folders - no upgrade email
- I request my licenses, I get an email JUST about Start 11
- I raise a Support Ticket - I don't get an email...
- I contact Support on Discord and get told to come here... so here I am...
Help Me Forums, you're my only hope!!!
My support ticket was SSN-28631 and that contains my order number etc.
