Can't run Start11 under Parallels on new M1 iMac

After installing and running the application, I get the error:

It would have been nice to know that Start11 doesn't work on ARM before I purchased it.

As a VERY long term customer, I'm quite disappointed.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, It is known that Start11 don't work on ARM base CPU. Anyway, if you wish for refund please do so using the link below.
