Multiplicity

3 KM

I have been trying for 2 days to reinstall Multiplicity to control more than 1 PC.  It was working before I reset it to only control 1 PC for a trip, where I was only taking 2 laptops.  I also switched the primary PC to a different laptop (now Win 11).  When I returned and tried to add the 3rd PC it wouldn’t let me.

Current primary computer is Win11.  1 remote is Win 10 & 1 is Win11.  When it worked previously the primary computer was Win 10.  Now it will on;y allow me to have one secondary, Win 10 or the other Win 11, but not both.

I have 3 licenses for 3 KM.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Multiplicity at least once with each of the 3 licenses, but it still will only control 1 secondary machine.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

If you want to control more than 1 Seamless PC at a time, you need to use the KVM license that is on your account - the actual key for it:

You can manage your license on the 'About' tab of the Multiplicity config menu on the Primary PC.
